IMPORTANT INFORMATION

To shop with AOBC you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.

• Have a credit or debit card that we accept (payment types listed below).

• Be the authorised user of that credit or debit card.

• We operate the challenge 25 rule.

ELIGABILITY

Our products are available only to individuals over the age of 18 years old. By placing your order for our products, you are confirming that you are over the age of 18 years old.

PURCHASING

We accept Visa and Mastercard. If your card is authorised, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

If you have signed up for a subscription plan, your items will be delivered by 10th of each month. If you need any additional Items from our shop then, these can be purchased on our website. Subscriptions are nonrefundable. Subscriptions renew on the 1st of each month. THERE IS NO MINIMUM TERM AND YOU CAN CANCEL AT ANYTIME, HOWEVER ALL SUBSCRIPTIONS MUST BE CANCELLED AT LEAST 7 DAYS BEOFRE THE SUBSCRIPTION RENEWS OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE UPCOMING MONTH AND WILL RECEIVE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION ITEM AS USUAL, THE CANCELLATION THEN TAKING EFFECT THE FOLLOWING MONTH. The cut-off date for new subscriptions is the 10th of each month. If you order before the 10th of the month you will receive your first pack within 3-7 days of your orders. Any subscription plans being initiated after the 10th of the months will be delivered ASAP. Your monthly subscription can be cancelled at anytime, and will automatically renew on the 1st of each month.

A Rolling subscription is non-refundable.

DELIVERY

Once we’ve received payment we will get your order ready for dispatch. Your estimated delivery date is in your Order Confirmation email – please allow until this date for your order to arrive. You’ll be able to get the latest updates on your order by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. 

Proof of age will need to be checked at time of delivery.

RETURNS

If you decide to return something to us, you will need to email us at aobrewingco@gmail.com with details of your return within 14 days of receiving the product. After this return has been authorised, you have an additional 14 days to return the product to us for a refund. You will be responsible the cost of return.

FAULTY/MISSING/INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order is faulty or incorrect, we’d like to fix this straightaway. Please email aobrewingco@gmail.com with details of your order, the issue, and the best way to contact you

LEGAL SIDE OF THINGS

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with UK Law and it is agreed that the UK courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.

We have the right and may change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. 

You’re allowed to store, print and display our Website content only for your own personal use. Unless you have our express permission, you are not allowed to use or reproduce any part of the Website for commercial purposes.
